The day after I posted the previous entry, I received this in school.

What a timely appearance.

Anyway if I didn't remember wrongly it's a project done by this group of girls in school, whereby they write personalized notes to everyone in school. Touching, but very time-consuming. But I don't deny my spirits lifted a little after receiving it. (:

Yesterday morning also made me realise that there are genuine nice gentlemanly guys out there (who sadly don't include most of my male friends). Although I'm not old/pregnant/with children, this J1 VJ guy asked if I would like to sit in the bus even though he was way closer to the seat. Of cos I was grateful cos I was so tired I could just sleep standing upright, holding the handrails. Really wish more guys can be as nice as Mr Nice.

I found a new mahjong khaki!! Haha talk about an addiction... But it's not everyday you can find someone to play mahjong with you ok! Only bad thing is, he never fails to hu when already ting pai. Which is kind of crappy. Anyhows, mahjong rocks my socks. :D

Dang I'm tired already.

Social rule #261: Do not congratulate people when they obviously did worse than you.

God, I fucking hate it whenever such a scenerio springs up in front of my eyes. These people apparently have the sensitivity of a crow and love nothing more than to relish in their truimph over other inferiorities, intentional or not. And to congratulate one is a silent signal that, damn, your grades aren't that great but they're like better than mine so I'd congratulate you for doing a tad better than me. And NOT, congratulations (insincerity?), but I've seen better results, i.e. my own.

I mean, this is the social rule I'll always abide by, knowing how it feels to be on the receiving end of this strangely mockery-suggesting exchange. But, as all people are not created to have equally high levels of EQ, there will confirm be these couple of extra people who don't know how to socialise with anyone/thing else other than their stuffed animals, that cross this threshold where people's blood start bubbling.

Hate these nitwits to the max.

Social rule #157: Always say your 'please' and 'thank you' no matter how trivial the issue is.

Manners, get it? Yeah yeah, this is like common sense which has been ingrained into our brains ever since we got out of diapers. But as one grows older, it seems that such basic courtesy has been displaced out of our minds, or at least those who have puny brains which have the storage capacity of a Nokia 3210. Not very impressive, but not excusable. Having an admittedly low level of EQ, I also know how important these simple words are. They can either make or break your first impression to anyone. So don't go around lamenting why the fairer sex don't flock to your feet and worship the ground you walk on. These guys obviously just transplanted their brains to their butts.

Anyway, thanks to the lovely people around me, I managed to let go (most) of this issue. The remainder prompted me to blog about it.

_____, you totally suck.

My brain's rather incoherant now. Damn, must be the thought of CO for the whole of tomorrow.

Will update when I have more stuff to whine bitch reflect about.

Super listless, grumpy, lifeless, brain-clogged, coupled with a few moments of hysteria nowadays. Blame life. It has gone to the extent that I don't even bat an eyelid when someone mentions mahjong.

Addicted to Viwawa's Zany Bridge now. I cannot stand those newbies who play lor I mean come on, can learn first then come and play right?? If not also affect your suay partner. I have seen people first round bid 7NT and call partner to be 2 hearts or something. Utter madness. Then the person will quietly leave the room when the others question his/her ability to play bridge and the poor partner will just die horribly and take pleasure in cursing the loser's balls to rot and drop. Heng never tio this kind of partner before.

Lao Hu Mo Ya is like my audio bible now. Listen to it before school, during school, and after school. I'll be damned if I can't play it well by the time concert arrives. Need more self-practise to get close to KG's imba standard. And I cannot wait to see L and TH play Lao Shu Qu Qing muahahaha. The actions look super suited for them. :x

Anyway a big thank you to the nice people who have bought VJCO concert tickets from me considering that less than 1/4 of them actually like CO music and that I'm about as anti-social as a worm. Tai gan dong le . (:

Soya ice cream is frigging yummy! Random.

Ok I'd better make full use of my self-break to catch up on school stuff and my sleep. Til then.
