I hereby pledge to NOT get frustrated when they play the wrong note [i.e glockenspiel; vibraphone], NOT pull my hair out when they've got the wrong rhythm [i.e mu4 yu2; pai2 gu3], NOT make any comments when they ask, "Huh... This note can don't play or not?"[i.e this particular person], NOT raise my temper when they (or she) asks, "Later I play loud then she can hear I play wrong then scold me."[i.e another person], NOT saying "Serves you right for not paying attention" when they blankly ask what is this or that. Instead I shall try to be patient and understanding and tell them everything they don't seem to remember (i.e spoon-feeding them) because of their valid reasons on why they don't listen. This way maybe we could get at least something done. Or to put in a slightly not-so-nice way, it might just save our percussion from a horrific plight.
