Just a quick update before I bathe and go for lunch.

Went for hall camp last week and it was rather fun. I thought the activities were way better than those of MSE/SCE's camp, e.g. the Amazing Race, but somehow I didn't enjoy it as much. I guess it's because of the level of familiarity with the people and we simply are of different frequency. Well hope to be geared enough to move out of comfort zone soon and mix more with them.

After approximately 9 months of brain inactivity it is back to school again, with an exciting new addition of living in hall. I love the feeling of waking up at 8am for a 8.30am lecture muahahahaha while others rise at an ungodly time of 6 or so. It's oddly liberal to not have anyone nag at what time you should sleep and do this and that. Even so, I've been keeping my 7year habit of turning in at 3-4am and regretting it the next morning. It's been good these few nights, with friends coming over to play games or simply HTHT. Feels more like being in a chalet than in school. But maybe cos it's only the first week with no tutorials. My roomie Cass is a dream albeit being noisy and eccentric (HAHA). We haven't seen each other for over a year and yet it was strangely easy and comfortable to talk to each, like we meet up very often. I like that her thinking is very flexible and her nature very easygoing. Yay hope there won't be any major arguments to come.

Lectures are more boring than ever, with the professors speaking either very monotonously or with such a queer accent that it is quite impossible to understand fully. Sighhhhh cannot fall asleep in lectures anymore man cos I don't get a single fucking thing. Especially life sciences. :(
